  • 6fresh oysters
  • fresh lemon juice
  • tabasco

  1. 1

    Crack the fresh oysters open using a sharp knife, try to keep the sea water in the shell.

  2. 2

    Using the tip of knife gently loosen the oyster from its shell.

  3. 3

    Squeeze some lemon juice and tabasco over the oysters.

  4. 4

    And enjoy.
