Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8Chicken Pieces (thighs or legs)
  • 1Salt
  • 2 cupBisquick or Flour
  • 2Eggs
  • 3 cupCrushed Ripple Potato Chips
  • 3 cupCrushed Croutons
  • 3 tbspVegetable Oil
  • 1Spray Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse chicken with water.

  2. 2

    Cover large cookie sheet with foil and coat with vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Crush potato chips and croutons in plastic bag.

  4. 4

    In separate bowls, add Bisquick, Eggs and crushed potato chips mixed with crushed croutons.

  5. 5

    Salt all sides of chicken.

  6. 6

    Coat chicken with Bisquick or flour, coat in beaten eggs then coat with potato chip/crouton mix and place on foil covered cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    Spray tops of chicken with spray oil or non stick spray.

  8. 8

    Bake 375 for 50 minutes.
