Chop the onions, tomatoes and hoho//green capsicum in separate containers

Put oil in a sufuria then add the onions fry until almost soft. Add the chopped garlic and fry until brown then add hoho and fry for two minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes to the sufuria fry until soft. Then salt and stir.

Add water to the sufuria and bring to boil. Make royco paste and add to the sufuria and stir.

Add rice to the sufuria and allow to simmer for ten minutes.

Serve with stewed meat and vegetable salad
