32onz cooked chickpeas
2 tbsptahini paste (sesame seeds)
1/2 tspcumin powder
2or 3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsppapikra
1 pinchof salt
1Water as needed (approx 4 onz)
3 tbspExtra virgin olive oil

Process all ingredients in a blender, saving 1/4 cup of chickpeas to top the hummus. Sizzle with olive oil.
