Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  2. 6 ozPortobello Mushrooms, chopped
  3. 8 ozwater chestnuts, drained and chopped
  4. 3 clovegarlic, chopped
  5. 1/2 bunchgreen onions, chopped
  6. 1 cupchopped walnuts
  7. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  9. 1 headlettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Separate lettuce into individual leaves and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat pan to Medium heat

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to pan

  4. 4

    Add ingredients and sauté until onions are clear

  5. 5

    Add balsamic vinegar and sauté for a few more minutes

  6. 6

    Serve in lettuce leaves
