This is a traditional South African dish, usually made in a square tart dish, I decided to adapt it as it looks pretty in glasses when served.

This is a traditional South African dish, usually made in a square tart dish, I decided to adapt it as it looks pretty in glasses when served.

Crush or grate the Peppermint Crisp

Crush the biscuits
- 3
In a bowl stir the caramel till smooth
- 4
Whip the cream to form soft peaks.
- 5
Combine the whipped cream and caramel, stir till smooth
- 6
Place layer of crushed biscuits in each glass, then add a layer of caramel cream, then a sprinkling of peppermint crisp, continue layering in this order ending with peppermint crisp.

Place in fridge until ready to serve.
