Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8 ozwhipped cream cheese
  2. 1 1/2 cupshredded Mexican cheese
  3. 1 tbspdry ranch mix
  4. 1 cupjalapeño, diced
  5. 1 packagesbacon, cooked & crumbled
  6. 3each Flour tortilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cream cheese and Mexican cheese and heat for 30 seconds

  2. 2

    Mix in dry ranch mix

  3. 3

    Spread thick onto flour tortilla

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with some of the diced jalapeños and crumbled bacon (I used the pickled jalapeños for this, not fresh ones.)

    Roll up and place seam side down on plastic wrap

  6. 6

    Wrap tight in the plastic wrap

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

  8. 8

    Remove from refrigerator and plastic wrap when ready to serve and carefully cut into 1 Inch slices

  9. 9

    Plate and serve!
