preheat oven @ 350°.butter 2 quart casserole dish with extra butter then shown
- 2
egg whites, beat them till stiff with the hand mixer, set a side
- 3
melt butter and stir in flour. add milk and well beaten egg yolks,cook on med, heat till its thick.mix in the corn, cheese and bell pepper.

fold in stiff beaten egg whites, to the corn mixture till combined. place in buttered casserole dish.

bake for 35 to 40 minutes.take out of oven and serve warm.
