  • 8bone-in skin on chicken thighs
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 3 cupbread crumbs of your choice
  • 1salt and pepper for taste
  • 1seasoning of your choice
  • 1olive oil

    Preheat oven to 350· F

  2. 2

    Place bread crumbs in bowl and beaten eggs in another. Salt and pepper eggs. Season bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Dip chicken in eggs then crumbs. Place in .baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for 40 mins. Or until chicken is done. Enjoy :-)
