In a heavy bottomed pan add milk powder and milk toghether so the milk powder will not get burnt.

Now Mix the both ingridients well No lumps should be leaved.

Now take some powdered sugar and add into the mixture, this is totally optional, i like much sweetness that is why i am adding

Now stir it well till the mixture gets a thicky consistency.

Now add some of the chopped pistachios and cardamom powder and mix it.

Add the mixture into the thali and sprinkle pistachios with the help of spatula just press it well
- 7
Give it a rest of 2 hours atleast. Cut and serve.
