Dal mae ghee dal kar bhune....jyada brown na karein...sare process low flame par karein...bhun jaane par thanda hone ki liye rakhey.....phir isse fatte ligeye...ye soft makhan ki tarah ho jaye gaa...phir ismey sugar add karein aur mix kar leye...phir isme kesar,elaichi and nuts dal daye..thode se nuts bacha laye upar se lagane ki liye...phir ek portion lae kar round ball ki tarah kar lae...phir thoda sa nuts layekar upar laga kar halke haath se press kar de...and it's ready
