I love my food very simple. It is still delicious and I know exactly what's in it.

Load the banana and the peach into a strong blender. You can also run them through your Champion or Omega juicer.

Blend on high speed or run through your Champion or Omega juicer. Running through a juicer is more fun - you will have a two colored ice cream as a result

Put your soft ice cream into a bowl. Top with homemade berry or chocolate syrup. Serve
