Ingredients

1boneless skinless chicken breast
2 dashcayanne pepper(both sides)
2 dashgarlic salt with paraley (both sides)
2 tspyellow mustard (both sides)
2/3 cupapple pinapple orange juice
1 tbspcrushed garlic (i used the stuff in a jar)

Season chicken with seasonings and mustard

Pour juice over chicken cook over medium-high heat until must of juice is evaporated creating a paste like sauce with the garlic. Top chicken with paste
