I eat chicken all the time so needed to find different way to cooke it and both myself and the family loved it :)

Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken in a small container

Once mixed add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour, preferably over night to get all the flavours.

Place the chicken with the marinade in a pot and boil for 45-50 mi ute or until cooked.

Serve with rice and salad :)
