Prepare spaghetti as you normally would, if your not making it skip this step.

heat cooking oil to medium high in a wide pan.

crack egg a big tupperware bowl and seasoning to it.

Grab a zip lock bag and put cornmeal in it
- 5
drench fish in egg then cornmeal (shake fish in closed ziplock bag ) and fry
- 6
Repeat until all the catfish is fried
- 7
