  1. quick yellow cake
  2. 3 cupall purpose flour
  3. 2 cupsugar
  4. 3 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 cupmilk
  7. 1 cupoil
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 3eggs

  1. 1

    combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl. add milk and vanilla. attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. turn to speed 2 and mix about 1 minute . stop and scrape bowl. add eggs continuing on speed 2 mix about 1 minute . pour batter into baking pans. bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes
