  1. 6 lbpork shoulder
  2. 1 largejar strawberry preserves
  3. 2 cupketchup
  4. 2habanero peppers

    slice habanero peppers in half

  2. 2

    mix ketchup, preserves, and peppers in a sauce pan and simmer until desired consistency. about 40 minutes

  3. 3

    place pork in a crock pot and pour sauce over. cook on low for 8 hours
