Ingredients

  • 30Mushroom Caps
  • 1tbs. Butter
  • 1bunch Green Onions (6 or 7) thinly sliced
  • 1/2Green Pepper (small dice)
  • 116 oz. imitation Crabmeat
  • 1cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1cup Mayo
  • 2cup Shredded Cheese (italian mix)
  • 1tsp. each, salt and pepper
  • 1Olive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry wipe mushrooms, remove stems.

  2. 2

    Saute onions and pepper in butter till soft.

  3. 3

    Dice crab and shred with hands.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT 1 cup cheese and olive oil.

    Stuff caps and place in greased pan.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with olive oil.

  7. 7

    Bake at 400° for 25-30 mins. Tops should be browned.
