Steps

Take a woke. Heat. Now dry roast gram flour for 10-12 minutes in low flame. Stir continuously. Let it brown. Should not burn.

As gram flour starts to change colour, after 10-12 minutes add melted ghee. Stir continuously for next 5-6 minutes. It will starts releasing ghee n will give a fragrant aroma.

Remove the woke from gas oven n add the powdered sugar, mix well.

Add the chopped nuts, stir well so that no lump are formed. Add Cardamom powder too..

When it's lukewarm not hot, Now starts to make balls, not very small nor very big. Take a one tbs mix on your palm n make as in picture.
