Ingredients

8 servings
  • cake
  • 18 1/4 ozboxed cake mix, mix as directed on box
  • fruit
  • 1 1/2 cupblueberries
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tbspvanilla extract
  • 1 cuppineapple chopped
  • 1/2 cupseedless blackberry jam
  • 2/3 cupblueberry juice
  • 1 sticksoften margarine
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1 tspbalsamic vinegar
  • topping
  • 1cool whip or whipped cream to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the cake mix pour some in a nonstick pan stir fry like scambled eggs

    Repeat till all the batter is done

    For the fruit add juice jam blueberries

    Chop your pineapple I used one of mine I picked froze it

    Add cinnamon sugar vanilla margarine vinegar and lime juice

    Stir well

  7. 7

    Add sour cream stir in well let simmer then turn off heat and let rest covered

    Pour on your cake it will look not so good but it is stir it in well

    Add topping enjoy
