Preheat oven to 375.

In a food processor, purée corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.

Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.

Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.

Bake ate 375 for 50 minutes. Let cool before serving.
