  1. 16 ozFrozen Sweet Corn (thawed)
  2. 5 tbspButter (salted)
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 3/4 cupWater
  5. 1 1/2 cupYellow Corn Meal
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspTobasco Hot Sauce
  8. 1 tbspGranulated Sugar

    Preheat oven to 375.

  2. 2

    In a food processor, purée corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.

  3. 3

    Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly. Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.

  4. 4

    Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.

  5. 5

    Bake ate 375 for 50 minutes. Let cool before serving.
