Ingredients

  • 6 largeripe strawberries , thinly sliced
  • 1good handful of blueberries
  • 2good pinches fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbspraspberry vinegar or use balsamic
  • 1/2 tbspbest olive oil
  • 4 sliceof french stick bread ( rather than baking them cross I toast them slightly in toaster)
  • 80 gramssoft camenbert like goat's cheese thinly sliced
  • 2good pinches of dried basil
  • 2handful of peppery rocket salad leaf

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Add the berries into a bowl and drizzle with vinegar and oil then the pepper, mix well. Set aside for about 15 minutes

    Toast the diagonally sliced bread and top with goat's cheese slices

    Sprinkle with the basil

    Add the berries

    Serve on a bed of the rocket salad

    Drizzle with the dressing left over from fruit
