OPTION 1 (put coconut water and coconut flesh with optional 3 tbsp of sugar syrup)with 2ice cream...OR...........OPTION 2 (put coconut milk AND 3 tbsp of almond slice or macadamia) into a blender then add ice cube and ice cream and then pulse it then blend till smooth
