This is a family favorite that makes a nice hardy meal for a crisp fall evening or a cold winter day. I typically double or triple the recipe to get a couple of meals in the freezer for a quick slow cooker meal on an overbooked day.

So, this was an accident. I just wanted to make chopped steak with gravy and ended up with an amazingly delicious (and surprisingly easy) Salisbury Steak recipe. 🤷🏻

This is my version of Salisbury steak, with a homemade gravy sauce. It's delicious served over some mashed potatoes.

Always a huge hit even the kids love this.... B-)

Very easy and tasty

I got this recipe a year or so ago after my stepson told me he loves frozen Salisbury meals 😣😣 and we haven't looked back since.(Using lean meat is important in this recipe as it won't produce much grease, which would make gravy greasy)
