Ingredients

20minutes
4 servings
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 250 gchicken livers
  • 1/2onion
  • 1small green pepper
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1beef stock
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 tspPortuguese chicken spice

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the spinach and boil for 10minutes

  2. 2

    Separately boil chicken livers until tender

  3. 3

    Fry onion and green pepper

  4. 4

    Add curry Portuguese chicken spice and beef stock

  5. 5

    Drain water and add your boiled ingredients

  6. 6

    Stir until well combined and serve
