  2. 250 gMethi leaf..
  3. 2Chop green chilli..
  4. Salt.. As taste

  1. 1

    Methi leaf ko saaf ke chop ke wash kiya water strain ho Jaye to alag rakh de.

    Pan main oil smoke kiya aloo peel ke chop ke wash ke kitchen towel par dal ke dry ke liya oil main aloo dal fry ke liya phir methi, salt and chop green chilli add ke without cover kiye slow heat par cook ke serve with chapati.
