Ingredients

  • 500 gmsoya chap
  • 1/2 bowlhung curd
  • 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tbspsaffola oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinate the chaps with hung curd ginger garlic paste and add salt and black pepper too.

  2. 2

    After 2 hr you can roast it on non stick pan with one drop off saffola...

  3. 3

    You can eat with sauce green chutney and onion..it's very healthy dish...
