First take Maida salt,ghee mix well,add water and form a dough the dough is ready cover it and let it rest for 10-15 mins take nonstick pan oil add cumin seeds hing saute it well,now add saunf

Saute it well now moongal dal mix jar and smooth paste,keep stiring it continuously,now red chilli powder,garam masala coriander powder,aamchar

Salt mix it well,cook it on medium low flame tell becomes dry the stuffing is ready...after 10,to 15 kneed it once make small ball from the dough roll it divide it

Fry the samosa flip them occasionally fry them till they get golden brown and crispy samosa have been fried well moongal dal mini samosa are ready.....
