Healthy Mixed Vegetable Parathe
#diabetes Healthy Parathas with grated mixed veggies and Green leafy Vegetables.
Steps

In a big bowl mix all the vegetables and leafy Vegetables.

Add all the spices and salt.
- 3
Now add wheat flour and Curd and mix well.
- 4
Mix to a semi soft dough.
- 5
Add water only if needed.
- 6
Now Divide the dough into equal small parts and flatten each ball to make Parathas.
- 7
Roll the balls into not very thin Parathas.
- 8
Heat tawa and roast the Parathas in a medium flame using little oil.
- 9
Serve hot with curd with breakfast or at dinner time.
