Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 cupfresh blueberries
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1 oz(3oz) pkg cream cheese,softend
  8. 2 tsporange juice
  9. 2 tspvanilla
  10. 1/4 cupbutter, melted
  11. 1/2 cupmilk
  12. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Toss blueberries with 2 tbs of flour and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

  4. 4

    In large bowl beat together cream cheese, juice, vanilla and sugar until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add melted butter milk and eggs.

  6. 6

    Add one half of the flour mixture and beat well, then add the remaining flour.

  7. 7

    Gently fold in blueberries.

  8. 8

    Fill grease or paper line muffin tins. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
