Preheat oven to 350. Prep pulled pork with salt and pepper

Place pork in oven and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

Boil water and add butter, rice, salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, and onion.

Cook rice for 20-25 minutes or until rice is soft and most of the water is gone from mixture.

Add jalapeño juice.

By this time your pork is ready. Add pulled pork to rice mixture. Stir together.

Chopped jalapeños can be mixed in with rice or sprinkled in top.
