This was my lunch today. Hmmm I enjoyed making it.
Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes. Then divide the potatoes in long rectangular thin strips.

Then dry them. Then put oil for Fry in a pan and heat. When oil is hot and ready, deep in the potatoes and fry them. Ensure oil covers the potato chips to prevent them from cooking in only one side.

Remove from heat allow to cool the redeep fry them in hot oil for five more minutes.
- 4
Remove from heat, dry them and serve with tomato sauce.
