  • 400 gall purpose flour
  • Fresh ginger to taste grated
  • Large pinch Salt
  • Larde pinch sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 375 mlMilk
  • Vegetable oil

    Mix in flour, salt and sugar and oil in a bowl

  2. 2

    Warm milk and add grated ginger.

  3. 3

    Beat in the eggs and add the milk, cream in to a flowing consistency

  4. 4

    Cook on a hot thick bottomed pan till golden brown on both sides
