Ingredients

40 servings
  1. cookies
  2. 1 boxfrench vanilla cake mix
  3. 1thawed Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
  4. 1 eacheggs
  5. 1 packagesbutterscotch chips
  6. tspsugar. enough to coat cookies
  7. 1ungreased cookie sheets (line with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking)
  8. 1wire racks. for cooling

Cooking Instructions

    Set oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl. Mix will be sticky. A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter. Stirring doesnt work.

    Mix in butterscotch chips

  4. 4

    Scoop 1-2 tsp balls of cookie dough in to sugar and roll to coat.

    Place cookies on sheets. Bake for 16-17 minutes.

    Once out of oven, let cookies cool for a minute then move to wire rack to cool completely.
