Mashed potatoes.Dip bread slices in water and squeeze excess water.

Add all the masalas,chilli flakes and oregano.Add lemon juice

Knead well to make a stiff dough.

Take small portion of the dough and give a round shape.

Punch hole at the center with a finger to make the vadas.

Once the vadas are made, dip in the slurry and then coat in the bread crumbs.

Finish all the vadas with the same procedure.

Keep in the fridge for 15-20 mins before frying.

Then fry 3-4 vadas at a time.

Drain it out in an absorbent paper.

Your vadas are ready.Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on the vadas.

Serve hot with chutney.
