Ingredients

2 cupfresh strawberries
2 cupsugar
3 cupall-purpose flour
1 cupvegetable oil
3eggs
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tbspground cinnamon

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended

Add strawberries, eggs, oil, and vanilla, in a separate large bowl and mix well.

Gradually mix in dry ingredients and beat then beat in high speed about 2 minutes.

Makes two loaves. Pour ingredients between two greased bread pans.

Bake at 350° 50 - 60 minutes.
