Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 stickbutter (melted)
  7. 2large eggs
  8. 1 1/2 cupsour cream
  9. 2 tbspmilk
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1 tsplemon zest
  12. 1 1/2 cupblueberries
  13. 1 tspflour to coat blueberries

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix in a bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. In another bowl mix sour cream, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla extract and lemon zest.

    Add dry ingredients to sour cream mixture. Gently fold blueberries . fill cupcakes liner and bake for 25min. Or until golden on top.
