Ingredients

  • 3 cupsummer squash (sliced and steamed)
  • 3 cupzucchini (sliced and steamed)
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 cupsstuffing mix
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • bacon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Melt butter and stir in stuffing.

  3. 3

    Spread half of mixture in 9x13 pan.

  4. 4

    Mix soup, sour cream, carrots, onion, squash, zucchini and bacon and spread over stuffing.

  5. 5

    Spread remaining stuffing on top.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 minutes
