Mix contents of vegetable seasoning packet, stuffing crumbs, butter & 1-1/2 cups hot water; set aside.

Spray nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 5 minutes on each side.

Mix soup & sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
