8 ozBocconcini mozzarella, quartered

1/2 cupFresh basil, torn

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, oil, bocconcini, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and 3/4 tsp pepper. Set aside and let marinate at room temp for at least 10 min
