5-6 dropsChocolate essence

Sieve the flour, salt and coco powder 3 times.

Now taked the sieved mixture in a bowl and add sugar. Now add water in it and mix well.

Once mixed well, start adding oil in small amounts consistently to make a blended paste.Then add essence to it and mix well again.

Now transfer the batter into the greased and dusted mould and keep it into the pre heated oven at 180° and cook for 30 minutes.

Your brownie is now ready. Bring to cook and then cut a square piece out of it.

Heat the sizzler plate. Now keep the piece of brownie on it and pour the hot chocolate sauce on it. Your SIZZLER BROWNIE is ready to be served.
