Steps

Saute Onion in Butter.

Add Mushrooms and saute until tender.

Heat Chicken Stock over medium heat, add Mushroom mixture.

Dissolve Corn Starch in water and add to Stock to thicken, stirring continuously. Stock should thicken like gravy.

Add Salt & Pepper.

Reduce heat and add Cream.

Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered, stirring often.

Serve topped with Cheddar Cheese & Green Onion.
