Wash and boil the blackn Njahi till cooked

Chop some potatoes

Grate the garlic and carrots

Fry the onions,tomatoes and the garlic and carrots.

Add the potatoes,cook a bit then add the njahi

Boil water and add some tumeric powder.

Wash and add the rice

Serve hot
