Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 1/2 cupall - purpose flour
  • 3 cupregular or quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupwhite chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    mix butter,sugar, baking soda, cinnamon , plus salt in a mixing bowl for 30 seconds

  3. 3

    add eggs plus vanilla. Beat in flour . Add oats plus mix. Add chocolate chips, mix.

  4. 4

    swoop 1inch balls on cookie pan 2'' apart

  5. 5

    bake 12- 14 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. 6

    cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely
