in a large stock pot add the first 9 ingrediants and start heating on Med. low heat to prevent burning

brown chicken in the skillet used for the fat back

add the chicken, bacon and the fat back to the stock pot and simmer for several hours

use the chicken bullion to adjust the flavor to your liking

salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

if not as thick as you would like use corn starch and chicken broth mixture to thicken. Note: don't use water ad this will weaken the flavor.
