preheat oven to 325*

crush gram crackers & mix in butter and sugar

Press into bottom of 9" springboard pan

Bake for 13 min until golden brown

Remove from oven & set aside to cool

Turn oven to 500*

Mix cream cheese, salt & half of the sugar until well blended

Mix in remaining sugar until well blended

Add vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream & mix until blended

Add half the eggs and mix just until blended... Do not over mix

Add remaining eggs... Do not over mix

Pour into pan and place in middle rack & bake at 500* for 10 mins

Turn temp down to 200* (keep oven door closed) bake until internal temp of cheesecake reaches 150* (about 50 mins - 1 hour)
