Everybody got involved in these two pizzas

I've been making Pizza for 50 years every Friday. That's like 2,500 Pizzas! Took forever to get my dough right and the crust I wanted but the dough recipe is perfect for me. I'm using the same Pizza Stone that my company made in 1980! And the same Peel!

Lite pizza. If you have to have pizza, have a little less guilt.

I concocted this because pizza cake proved to be insanely complicated, and this was a smidge easier. It is also delicious.

Worked on creating this recipe with my sister, CatsCanCookToo. So many recipes call for biscuit dough as the crust, but if we're making pizza "rolls" why not use pizza dough? The hubby brigade approves so we are happy! Lol

For something soo simple this pizza is a must try ! Even my 6 year old niece liked it ! ~(o.o)~

the silly name comes from one of my kids fave cartoons on nickelodeon ...really just pizza pockets, but whatever ya call them, they gobble em up!
