Yamgarrita with plantain and sauce

For the yamgarrita
Season the dry garri as well as the egg in separate bowl.
Coat the yam by dipping it into the garri then egg and repeat the process one more.
Fry in hot oil for about a minute max on both side. - 2
For the plantain fry based on your choice. I prefer seasoning mine with pepper.

For the sauce I just diced tomato, onions, and fish; seasoning it and added ginger as well. Fried it for some minutes.
