Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan sev or katiyawadi sev
  • 1onion fine chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1small piece of Ginger
  • 2green chilly fine chopped
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgram masala
  • 1 tspbeated curd
  • 2 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil saute onions and garlic

  2. 2

    Add ginger stir fry

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder &curd

  4. 4

    Cook until leave corner add tomato cook 2-nts

  5. 5

    Add1&1/2tb sp of water

  6. 6

    Add green chilli and sev cool ²mnts

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Serve with paratha..
