Steps

Dry roast the desicated coconut on slow flam for 5minuts.

Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.

Once the milk start to boiling add sugar, cardamom powder,Saffron and mix well.

Cook on slow flam till milk reduce to 1/4 of it's original quantity.

Now add mawa, malai,Orange food colour and mix well.

Now add desicated coconut and mix well.
- 7
Now add ghee and stir it continue till you get barfi consistency.

Now pour the mixture in grease thali and set for 2 to 3 hours..cut into pieces and garnish with cashewnut.
